The Plough Inn is Les Routiers classified and we enjoyed good food there.
The only music is from a tiny radio on the bar, which the landlord is happy turn off upon request.
This music was in no way a problem for us, since it cannot be heard at all from the conservatory.
Quoting from their website:
"The Plough is a pretty, thatched country pub with a lovely atmosphere, low ceilings, oak beams and an open fire.

Situated at the very top of Tate Modern, the restaurant has one of the finest views in London north towards St Paul's. Try to get a window seat for a view of Wren's masterpiece. Tate Modern Restaurant has a reasonable fixed-price menu (two courses for £17.50). The service is friendly but a bit unco-ordinated at times. Do book.
The other cafés in Tate Modern also seem to be muzac-free.
Between Covent Garden and Leicester Square, small café/restaurant, good, reasonably-priced food and pleasant staff – open from early morning for breakfasts until late.
Just across the road from St James Park Underground, friendly service with reasonably-priced meals. Opens for breakfast; closes around 4.30pm.
On the very pleasant Lamb's Conduit St, about a 5 minute walk from Holborn Underground. A stylish old pub serving a good range of food and drink.
A Wetherspoons pub on Kingsway (a minute’s walk from Holborn Underground Station). A huge pub with the usual range of Wetherspoons food and drinks.
A couple of minutes walk from Holborn Underground. Unspoilt old pub (with its Victorian toilets intact!). Reasonably-priced, tasty food served upstairs at lunchtimes and in the evenings.
Just a few minutes walk from Tottenham Court Road Underground, a Samuel Smith’s pub offering a good range of beers and reasonably-priced food at lunchtimes and in the evening. A friendly pub and pleasantly unpretentiousness.
Despite an unimaginative name, it's a great family-run place to eat, perhaps before catching a train from Kings Cross or St Pancras. Basic good food at excellent prices with friendly service. Opens at 7am for breakfasts but not open evenings. Occasionally, a radio is playing on the counter but sit at the back and you don’t hear it.
